Cell cultures (bulk, primary, lines), cellular immunology (T cell proliferation and cytotoxic assays, FACS analysis, production and measurement of cytokines and NO), protein analyses, molecular biology (Southern and Northern blotting, RT-PCR,), immunocytochemistry, animal models (EAE, diabetes mellitus)
