Autoantibodies and neurologic disorders; inflammatory mediators (cytokines, chemokines, adhesion molecules) and T-cells in immune-mediated diseases of the central nervous system (CNS)

Methods

Immunohistochemistry, protein analysis, cell cultures (bulk, primary, lines), cellular immunology (phenotypes, functional assays for T and B cell responses, cytokines, FACS analysis, cloning), protein analysis (PAGE, IEF, Western blotting) molecular biology (recombinant techniques), cytokine detection systems (ELISA, intracellular staining, RT-PCR).
