Cellular immunology (Functional T and B cell assays: proliferation, chemokine, cytokine and cytotoxicity assays using ELISA and FACS based methodologies), generation of autoreactive antigen-specific T cell lines and clones, protein analyses, molecular biology (recombinant DNA techniques, PCR methologies, transgenics), immunocytochemistry, confocal and electron microscopy, animal models (EAE, EAN, EAU)
